Refunds & Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please email info@realskinretinue.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products must be returned unused and in original condition, and opened items may not be eligible for return.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, we’re happy to replace it. Please send a photo of the damaged item to info@realskinretinue.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement and guide you through the return.
