A Philosophy Years in the Making
SAVEF SKIN® was created by Marzia Rahmani, founder of Real Skin Retinue, UK-qualified beauty therapist, electrologist, skincare expert, and author, drawing on more than 20 years of experience across professional and retail skincare.
Marzia began sharing her skincare perspective through her blogs in 2017, exploring the skin barrier, individual needs and the place of skincare within everyday life. Her longstanding interest in antioxidants and barrier care helped shape the formula that followed.
An important early formulation goal was to provide topical resilience, hydration, nourishment and barrier support for people practising fasting. The resulting formula brings together benefits relevant to everyday skincare more broadly.

No. SAVEF SKIN® provides topical hydration, antioxidant and barrier support whether you fast or not. Fasting is optional and is not required to benefit from the serum.
